BT Electric LLC was founded by Amani, a licensed electrician with over 20 years of experience and a passion for helping people. Raised in Chicago and now rooted in Eden Prairie, MN, Amani built this company from the ground up—starting with word-of-mouth referrals, honest work, and real relationships with his clients.
A Passion Sparked Early
Amani’s journey with electricity started as a kid, tinkering with toy trains, plugging in circuits, and discovering a fascination with how power works. That curiosity turned into a calling, leading him to Dunwoody College of Technology, where he earned a degree in Electrical Construction, Maintenance, and Design.
After two decades of working for other companies, Amani decided it was time to do things his way, putting quality and connection above all. BT Electric LLC was born out of that desire to build something real, one relationship at a time.
